How to Live Forever

How to Live Forever

Jimmy and I love art! We love making art, and we love owning art. Here is a picture of my office. Above my computer, I surround myself with inspiration. I still have a bunch of pieces to frame and fill in the gaps, but below is a list of who I have up so far. I definitely recommend checking out their work.

Edgar R. McHerly
Edgar was one of the first webcomics we started following. His humor is dark. Just how we like it!
Dan Goodsell
Mr. Toast!! We own two of Dan’s original pieces. We melted when we finally got to see his work in person.
Dave Perillo
Dave is a SWEETIE PIE! If you ever get to meet him, tell him that. His work is funny and insightful. We own about 4 of his pieces and a BurgerTime t-shirt. The great part of being in this business is becoming friends with artists you admire.
Drew Brockington
If you love cats and space then you will love Drew. His work is beautiful, and he is a super great dude.
Jimmy Reed
My favorite artist of all time!!!! He is the Cuddles to my Rage. The strawberry to my jam. The woof to my meow. Too much? NOT ENOUGH. Jimmy started his own blog to showcase all the crazy things he loves. Check it out!!
Kim Ku
We heart Kim Ku! She is crazy talented, and we adore her screen prints.
Monster by Mail
If you are looking for a unique present than this is the place to be. You can write to artist Len Peralta. He and his team of artists will create a monster based on whatever description you provide. Jimmy had him create my childhood imaginary friend, Ockoweenie.
Nan Lawson
We met Nan at Gallery 1988’s Tribute to Edgar Wright show. Her style is so beautiful and peaceful. We have two of her prints, Shaun of the Dead and Alien.
Zac Gorman
Yes, my inspiration wall has TWO Zac Gorman pieces. We met Zac at Small Press Expo last year. He is such a nice guy. I have his Hubble Telescope print from the Space show Mike Mitchell lead at Gallery 1988 last year. I also have his Mario “Quit Your Day Job and Do What Makes You Happy” print. I keep this one above my desk as a reminder of how to live life.

Hugs!

Best find at the library.

I went to the zoo with my animator friend, Heather Larkin. We hung out by the tigers and sketched. I tried to show off my skills with my stick tiger.

Item of the Week: SOAP

Soap is the story of the friendship between a bar of soap and the man who used him. You may never shower the same way again after reading this.

We always love seeing people’s reactions to Soap. Their faces at the end are priceless.

You can grab a copy from our Etsy store.
